I am a transformation doula with 16 years of experience supporting people as they develop their relationships with life, death, consciousness, spirituality and ultimately themselves.
Some of the modalities I use are sound journeys with gongs and singing bowls, energy work, oracle and tarot card readings for self inquiry, sacred talking circles like Death Cafe, classes, workshops and ceremonies.
Whether you are interested in meditating to music made for you, seeking insight, wanting a safe place to share, want to learn to use your imagination to expand your experience, or need support through death and dying or other life passages, I’m here for you.

I am committed to making my work as inclusive, accessible and sustainable as I can. This work is meant for people with all diversities of natures and situations. As someone with neurodivergence and trauma and an alternative lifestyle, I am conscientious of your individuality and boundaries. I can relate with a lot of things that may seem weird or scary. It’s ok. I endeavor to help you feel safe and cared for so you can relax and receive.
I do have disclaimers: while I practice radical inclusion and compassionate neutrality as best I can, I do have boundaries in regards to hate, violence and politics. Requests that veer into such realms beyond the normal struggles in life, I may not be able to honor; specifically anything of an intentional organized system. If you are a victim of violence or a cult, I may need to refer you to someone with specific skills to assist you, as there is only so much I can do. Also, Health, Joy, Beauty, Peace, Love and the Highest Good for All are among my intentions, but please keep in mind I am not a doctor or psychologist and cannot diagnose, cure or save you. Please see medical professionals as needed. I don’t even call myself a healer, because it’s a complex situation, and not always about healing.
You won’t get big promises and hope hooks from me to drive up business. In fact I have a class on how to detect predatory marketing and spiritual consumerism in “wellness” and related industries. I do my best to decolonize my mind and behavior personally and professionally, and am learning more every day.
